Speaking candidly about his Bollywood career, Tusshar Kapoor expressed gratitude that people do not evaluate him solely based on his output.
It was with Dus June Kii Raat that Tusshar Kapoor made his OTT debut. During the show’s promotional tour, the actor spoke with India Today about his career and said that he believes there is a “certain section” in the film industry that does not want to see him flourish.
What Tusshar said
Tusshar stated in the interview, “There are moments when I wonder why I’m not accepted here permanently. That element of the fraternity, in my opinion, is what wants to keep putting you down. Though that’s real and sad, I’ve moved past it. Fortunately, no matter what you’ve done or not done, my audience will not pass judgment on you. People frequently discuss the benefits of coming from a family in the film industry; I certainly had my fair share. However, there were several drawbacks and ongoing scrutiny. As a fresh student, I was repeatedly put to the test. I’m willing to fight since it makes me stay alert
‘There have to be ups and downs’
“Thank goodness, I have a son now who is my stress-buster,” he continued. I have an optimistic and goal-oriented outlook on life. I also enjoy working out, and Buddhism helps me stay sane. Combined, all of this is what sustains me. I truly think that there is always hope for better days ahead. Life would be quite uninteresting if there were no ups and downs. Simply said, I’m appreciative to be here and talk to you all about my work. That justifies everything.
Priyanka Chahar Choudhary is also a star of Tabrez Khan’s film Dus June Kii Raat. On August 4, 2024, JioCinemas hosted its debut.
