What his late mother Princess Diana would have “disappointed” if she were still living today has been disclosed by Prince William.
According to Prince William, if Princess Diana had been living today, she would have been extremely “disappointed” with the way homelessness is still stigmatized. He has often expressed the desire for his mother to be with him so she may meet his wife and kids. At the age of 36, she passed away in August 1997.
Homelessness would have disappointed Princess Diana
Prince William carried on his mother’s charitable efforts, which Princess Diana was well-known for. According to The Mirror, he recently took part in Comic Relief’s campaign for the homeless, demonstrating his strong support for those in need. “I’m really glad my mother introduced me to the cause of homelessness at such a young age,” he remarked. She was interested in and concerned with homelessness, so I believe it would upset her that we haven’t made much progress in combating and avoiding it.”
The Duke of Whales is committed to seeing his mother’s quest through to completion. When his mother used to assist individuals with these reasons, he was there as a youngster. He so supports The Centrepoint and The Passage, two organizations that assist young people who are homeless.

He also expressed his want for his kids to follow in his mother’s footsteps and take up this task. According to Daily Express US, he stated, “In the years ahead, I hope to bring George, Charlotte, and Louis to see the fantastic organizations doing inspiring work to support those most in need just as my mother did for me.” In addition, he introduced the Homeward project in 2023, with the goal of ending homelessness within the following five years and altering public opinion on it by 2024.
