Swapnil Kusale has received accolades from the Mumbai Police for his outstanding accomplishments.
On Thursday, Swapnil Kusale finished third in the men’s 50-meter rifle three-position final, earning India’s third bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Along with Sarabjot Singh and Manu Bhaker, Swapnil helped India secure an astounding number of medals in the shooting competition at the Games. When the Indian shooting squad won three medals in a single Olympic Games, it was a historic moment.
The Mumbai Police have now congratulated Swapnil Kusale on his outstanding accomplishment. “India on a ‘Shooting Spree’ for medals at Paris Olympics,” said the post they posted. We congratulate Swapnil Kusale of Maharashtra for using his 50-meter rifle shot to put India’s medal total on the rise.”

The sole Olympic medal winner in this event is Swapnil, 28, who helped India reach three medals by being the first shooter from India to qualify for the men’s 50-meter rifle 3 position final the day before.
