Singer Aria Mody collaborated with Grammy-winning producer Derek Allen and voice coach Seth Riggs on her new single, Talk About It.
Aria Mody, who has always loved music, just dropped her debut single, Talk About It, a pop/hip-hop track. The 17-year-old from New Jersey, USA, trained under voice instructor Seth Riggs since she was 6 years old. The voice instructor for the stars has collaborated extensively with renowned vocalists, including the late Prince, Michael Jackson, Ray Charles, the late pianist and singer-songwriter, Johnny Hallyday, the late French singer, Olivia Newton-John, Madonna, Ozzy Osbourne, and Stevie Wonder. Together with the speech-level singing approach, he also devised the pop-vocal technique.
She also collaborated with Grammy-winning producer Derek DOA Allen on her latest hit. She informs us about her time working with Allen, saying, “It was definitely an experience working with DOA sir.” I had the chance to intern and learn about the entertainment industry and how to compose songs that connect with listeners not just as an artist but also as a producer, songwriter, and musician. Lionel Richie, Janet Jackson, Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown, and Kelly Rowland are just a few of the artists with whom Allen has collaborated.
Aria plays a variety of instruments, including the piano, bass, guitar, and alto saxophone, in addition to singing and creating songs. She grew up listening to Hindi music, and some of her favorite Bollywood tracks include Yimmy Yimmy, Kala Chashma (Baar Baar Dekho, 2016), and Chaiyya Chaiyya (Dil Se..; 1998). “I would love to collaborate with (singer) Shreya Ghoshal someday,” she declares, praising her as an artist.
