Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh cheered up the Indian delegation at the Olympics in Paris by taking home the bronze in the mixed team 10M air pistol competition. This also cemented Manu Bhaker’s place in history as the first Indian athlete and second Indian woman to win two medals at the same Olympics.
Following their triumph, Bhaker and Sarabjot’s supporters in India were ecstatic, and many expressed gratitude for their hard work. The country is now anticipating a hat trick from Manu, according to IOC member and founder chairperson of the Reliance Foundation Nita Ambani.

Mansukh Mandaviya, the minister of sports, declared that the shooters’ amazing camaraderie had made India proud. “A huge congrats to Sarabjot Singh and @realmanubhaker for taking home the historic BRONZE medal for Bharat in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event! The country is pleased of your amazing collaboration,” the Sports Minister stated on X.
Prior to this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Sarabjot Singh and Manu Bhaker on their bronze medals in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event at the Olympics in Paris, stating that India is overjoyed and that our shooters continue to make us proud.

In the Bronze Medal play-off match, Manu Bhaker-Sarabjot Singh defeated Lee Wonho and Oh Ye Jin of South Korea 16–10. India now has two medals from the Olympics in Paris after winning this medal. Against the Koreans, Bhaker and Sarabjot both fired steadily, frequently hitting double digits.
